What is the FUNctional meal plan foundation? 

This our most popular meal plan foundation as we believe great flavor and continuous variety in your diet plays a giant role in successful nutrition and goal progression for the long run.  You don't have to dread your diet for it to work.

Expect the most FUN meals- the ones where you think this is too good to be true; some examples are nachos, pancakes tacos, and protein cereal.

FUNctional is best for those who get bored with the basics and coin themselves as someone who likes to try new recipes, flavors, and combinations. 

You will be pleasantly surprised!

  • This food in your meal plan will be gluten free, dairy free, and utilize low inflammation foods.
  • Protein sources will be a variety of all meats (beef, chicken, turkey, fish, pork).
  • The average time to prepare your meal plan for the week is just 3 hours.

 

Patience and Consistency are necessary to becoming a Power Plans member.

A 12 week minimum commitment is required in every membership. 

A $149 automatic payment is collected every 4 weeks.  If you wish to discontinue after the minimum commitment you may do so.

What is the Simple meal plan foundation?

This is an amazing meal plan foundation.  We believe that great flavor and continuous variety in your diet play a giant role in successful nutrition and goal progressions for the long run.  Simple does not mean boring, and it will not be repetitive.

Simple foundation is best for those who prefer simple meals as most meals and recipes with this foundation will have only a short list of ingredients.  Many meals are combining foods rather than a recipe; for example, one week you may have eggs and fruit, rather than a breakfast casserole with eggs, diced veggies, and spices like you would in our FUNctional meal plan foundation.

  • This food in your meal plan will be gluten free, dairy free, and utilize low inflammation foods.
  • Protein sources will be a variety of all meats (beef, chicken, turkey, fish, pork).
  • There is typically fewer steps to preparing your weekly meal plan with a Super Simple foundation so the average time to prepare your meal plan for the week is just 2 hours.

What is the Vegetarian Meal Plan Foundation? 

We believe that great flavor and continuous variety in your diet play a huge role in successful nutrition and goal progression for the long run.

Knowing what to eat for optimum performance in LIFE can be TRICKY for any diet preference, especially vegetarians.

We create exciting and nutritious vegetarian meal plans without the use of meat or fish.  Adequate protein is very important for your goals and we do utilize either eggs, dairy, or both as protein sources to reach your daily requirements.  

Expect tasty meals such as caramelized banana oatmeal, chili, and open faced egg salad avocado toast. 

You will be pleasantly surprised how great you feel eating new foods in the right amounts for you.
