Knowing what to eat for optimum performance in LIFE can be TRICKY for any diet preference, especially vegetarians.
We create exciting and nutritious vegetarian meal plans without the use of meat or fish. Adequate protein is very important for your goals and we do utilize either eggs, dairy, or both as protein sources to reach your daily requirements.
Expect tasty meals such as caramelized banana oatmeal, chili, and open faced egg salad avocado toast. You will be pleasantly surprised how great you feel eating new foods in the right amounts for you.
The average time to prepare your meal plan for the week is about 2 hours.
3 month minimum commitment, automatic payment membership. Cancel anytime after 3 months.
Patience and Consistency are necessary to becoming a Power Plans member.
A 12 week minimum commitment is required in every membership.
A $119 automatic payment is collected every 4 weeks. If you wish to discontinue after the minimum commitment you may do so.
